All lessons are recorded on video. You watch at your own pace, as many times as you want, 24 hours a day — with no fixed schedules or time zones to worry about.

You'll have 2 years of access from the date of purchase. Any new content added to the course during that period is available at no extra cost. After that period, you can renew.

Yes. Upon completing all the lessons, you receive a digital certificate with the course name and corresponding hours. PPT de Uma Vez, for example, issues a certificate for more than 30 hours.

Yes. The courses focus on PowerPoint for Windows and Mac. We recommend Microsoft 365 or PowerPoint 2019 onward to follow along with all the features taught. Microsoft 365 is the best choice since it always stays up to date.

Yes. The content is reviewed periodically and new lessons are added whenever there's a relevant technique, tool, or resource. Inside PPT de Uma Vez there's even a space for suggesting new lessons.

Yes. Each lesson has a comment section where you can leave questions — all answered by Ana or the team. You'll also have access to the exclusive student group, where the community helps each other and the team keeps a close eye.

The Pack includes more than 200 professional slides organized into categories (opening, agenda, charts, maps, icons, closing, and much more), ready to edit in PowerPoint. Besides the slides, there are icons, color palettes, and recommended fonts.

Yes. All files are native PowerPoint (.pptx) — fully editable: colors, fonts, text, images, and icons. You don't need any other software.

The templates are optimized for PowerPoint on Windows and Mac. Google Slides can open the files, but may show small layout variations due to differences between platforms. For the best final result, we recommend using PowerPoint.

Yes. The Pack's license allows personal and commercial use — you can use it in client presentations, proposals, and company materials. What's not allowed is reselling or redistributing the files as a product.

As soon as payment is confirmed, you'll receive an email with the download link. Access also remains available in the student area on the site, so you can download it again whenever you need.

Yes. New slide collections are added periodically. If you've bought the Pack, you get the updates without paying anything extra — the download link in the student area always points to the latest version.

Each project is quoted individually. The reference price is R$ 100 per slide, but it varies depending on complexity: slides with a lot of information, elaborate charts, or intense refinement may cost more. Simple slides, with little text or just an image, cost less. The quote is always presented before any commitment.

Not necessarily. We work with different levels of involvement — from turning an existing material into something professional, to structuring the storytelling from scratch based on a strategic conversation.

It depends on the number and complexity of the slides. Projects with up to 10 slides are usually ready in less than a week. Larger projects take an average of 10 days after the contract is signed. For urgent requests, we can accommodate you upon request, with an additional fee.

All material is built 100% in PowerPoint — we don't use other software. You receive the native file (.pptx), fully editable, with the freedom to change any element after delivery.

All information exchanged during the project is kept confidential. When we use material in our portfolio, we remove any confidential or sensitive data. All of this is formalized in the contract.

Yes. The invoice is issued after the service is provided and payment is confirmed.

No. We only work with companies. If you're an individual and need a presentation, we can recommend qualified students who work at more accessible rates. Get in touch to ask for a recommendation.

Yes. Each project includes revision rounds for adjustments within the agreed scope. Changes that involve creating new work are handled separately.

We accept Pix, bank slip (boleto), and credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Elo, American Express). Payment is securely processed by Pagar.me or Stripe.

Yes. Credit card payments can be split into up to 12 installments. Installments are calculated automatically at checkout, and you can combine up to 2 different cards to complete the amount.

Access is granted automatically as soon as payment is confirmed — instantly for Pix and credit card, and within 3 business days for bank slip. You'll receive an email with the login details for the student area.

All digital products come with a 7-day guarantee under Brazilian consumer protection law. Just send an email to support within the deadline requesting cancellation. The refund is issued within 7 business days to the same payment method.

Yes. At checkout you can split the payment across up to 2 different credit cards — useful when the amount exceeds a single card's limit.

Some promotions and launches offer an exclusive discount for Pix payments. When available, the discount appears automatically at checkout when you select Pix as the payment method.
