Rainha do PPT sells digital products, made available by download or online access after payment confirmation. For this reason, no physical goods are shipped or returned.

Deadline for requesting a refund

You may request cancellation and a full refund within 7 (seven) calendar days after purchase. The guarantee is unconditional: you do not need to provide a reason for the request.

How to request it

Send your request to contato@rainhadoppt.com.br, stating the email address used for the purchase and the order number.

Refund method and timeframe

The refund will be requested within 7 (seven) business days and issued through the same payment method used for the purchase. The time for the credit to appear in your account or statement may vary depending on the financial institution or card issuer.

Exchanges

As these are digital products, we do not offer exchanges. Within 7 (seven) calendar days, the customer may request a full refund under the conditions above.

Defective products or access difficulties

If the file is defective or you have difficulty accessing the purchased content, contact us at contato@rainhadoppt.com.br. Our team may restore access, replace the defective file, or issue a refund, as appropriate.
