Digital Products
📁 PowerPoint Templates and Downloadable Files
Digital products sold in our store—including templates, presentations, and downloadable materials—are delivered instantly after payment is confirmed.
For this reason, we do not offer exchanges, cancellations, or refunds after the purchase is completed, as provided by the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (Article 49, paragraph 1), which excludes immediately delivered digital products from the right of withdrawal.
Please read each product description carefully and contact us with any questions before purchasing.
Online Courses
For courses offered by Rainha do PPT, you may cancel within 7 (seven) calendar days after purchase, in accordance with the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.
If cancellation is requested within this period, we will issue a full refund using the original payment method.
After seven days, refund requests will not be accepted, regardless of course progress.
